Design And Sold, LLC was started in 2009 by Dave and Amy Szymanski with a vision of providing "Above Market Housing at Below Market Pricing". Our vision follows the belief that everyone should be able to enjoy the nicer finishes in their home that are usually reserved for only higher end home buyers. All of our properties include six panel doors, new upgraded white trim, ceramic tile, updated kitchen with newer appliances, spa like amenities in bathrooms, custom arches, wood flooring and floor plans that maximize the available space.
