Dave has taken his passion for real estate and customer service and started Design And Sold, LLC with his wife Amy in 2009. His real estate experience started in 1996 as a residential roofer. In 1997 he transitioned to a residential electrician. After that he spent the next 11 years as an outside salesman in the Construction Products industry, an Automotive Salesman and Manager, a licensed Home Loan originator, and a multi-state Sales Manager for an Automotive Tools company. In addition to contractor services, Dave is also a Licensed Realtor.
